I think I felt the baby move today! It's hard to say for sure, since it's not kicking or anything that defined. It's also hard to describe, but basically kind of a bubbly/fluttering feeling moving from one side of my body to the other. It started on the right, by my hips, where we heard the baby's heartbeat at my doctor's appointment this morning to the opposite side. So maybe it was time for a new position. :)
Anyway, even if it wasn't the baby, I'm going to still pretend it was. :) I'm almost 17 weeks along, which is when people have said I might start feeling things. In the meantime, I scheduled the appointment for my big ultrasound (where we find out the sex of the baby) for Sept. 23 - so about another month! I'm very excited for that - Tom should be able to come with me, so he can finally see and hear it for himself.
So that's the exciting news. I also went and bought some maternity clothes, so I might try to take and post some pictures of me in them. The lady at the maternity store was very friendly - very talkative as well. Good times.

my first time shopping for maternity clothes, they gave me this pillow to try on under the clothes. I came very close to an anxiety attack looking at myself in the mirror.
